The EAPO would like to inform that according to the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2022 № 967, effective from January 1, 2023, a new national base value was set. In this regard, the rates of the annual fees for the maintenance of Eurasian patents on the territory of the Republic of Belarus have also been changed.
New rates of annual fees are shown in the table.
