Training of internal auditors was held at the EAPO headquarters. EAPO specialists gained knowledge and skills necessary to carry out audits within the Quality Management System (QMS).
Following the results of the training, eleven EAPO specialists became globally certified internal audit specialists.
The EAPO experts are qualified to effectively analyze processes and identify potential ways of enhancing the efficiency of the organization’s functioning. This will help EAPO ensure compliance of key operating procedures with the high requirements set forth by the international standard of the quality management system ISO 9001:2015.
