IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR USERS OF THE EURASIAN PATENT SYSTEM

In connection with the lifting of restrictions related to the threat of the spread of coronavirus infection, the Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO) informs that from March 21, 2022, visitors’ access to the EAPO premises in the building at Moscow, Cherkassky Lane, 2. for filing and receiving documents on Eurasian applications and Eurasian patents is resumed in the same mode.

Acceptance of documents sent by mail is carried out in the usual mode.

The EAPO strongly recommends that documents of Eurasian applications and patents be submitted to the EAPO using the EAPO-ONLINE system. Applicants and/or their representatives who are not yet users of the EAPO-ONLINE system can familiarize themselves with the terms of connection and use of the EAPO-ONLINE system at this link.
