NEW ANNUAL FEES FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF EURASIAN PATENTS FOR INVENTIONS ON THE TERRITORY OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS
According to the official notification made by the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Belarus in the Administrative Council of the Eurasian Patent Organization, the Eurasian Patent Office applies amended fees for the maintenance of Eurasian patents for inventions on the territory of the Republic of Belarus from January 10, 2024.
The current annual fees are listed in the table below.
