Key features of the Eurasian patent procedure and advantages of electronic interaction with the Eurasian Patent Office were presented in details.
Over 50 patent attorneys and experts of the national IP offices participated in the seminar. The EAPO experts spoke about the ways of filing documents electronically and features of the EAPO-ONLINE system, as well as details of electronic interaction and new options developed in this tool. Special attention was paid to submission of 3D digital models. Instructions on filling in various electronic forms were presented to the audience, as well as review of common mistakes made by users.
