According to the official notification made by the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Administrative Council of the Eurasian Patent Organization dated November 10, 2023, the Eurasian Patent Office applies amended fees for the maintenance of Eurasian patents for inventions on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The current annual fees are listed in the table below.
