The full name of the signed document is the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Ratification of the Agreement on Cooperation between the CIS Member States to Prevent and Suppress the Use of False Trademarks and Geographical Indications.

President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 11 (only in Russian), which prescribed ratification of the Agreement on Cooperation between the CIS Member States to Prevent and Suppress the Use of False Trademarks and Geographical Indications.

The Agreement itself was concluded in Minsk on May 28, 2021. The full text of the ratified document can be found in the Unified Register of Legal Acts and Other Documents of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
