EAPO – EPO Cooperation on PPH Programme Agreed Indefinite Extension

Dear users of the Eurasian patent system!

Starting from October 1, 2020 the Patent Prosecution Highway Program (PPH programme) will be carried out by the Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO) and the European Patent Office (EPO) on an indefinite basis.

The PPH programme is based on the Memorandum of Understanding on the Patent Prosecution Pilot Programme between the EAPO and the EPO, signed on April 27, 2017.

New versions of the EAPO and EPO procedures to file a request for accelerated prosecution of patent applications under the PPH programme, are available on the web portal of the Eurasian Patent Organization under PPH Programme.
