MEMORIAL DAY IN HONOR OF VICTOR BLINNIKOV, FOUNDER OF THE EURASIAN PATENT SYSTEM

The creator of the Eurasian patent system, the founder of the Eurasian Patent Organization, the first President of the Eurasian Patent Office (1995-2003) and Doctor of Engineering Science Victor Blinnikov passed away twenty years ago, on October 17, 2003.
