Republic of Kazakhstan: Annual fees for maintenance of Eurasian patents changed
Order No. 221nk of the National Institute of Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2023 establishes new amounts of fees for maintenance of Eurasian patents for inventions. The Order shall come into force on July 10, 2023.
The changed fees for maintenance of Eurasian patents for inventions on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan are set out in the table below. The full list of changes annexed to the Order (in Russian and Kazakh).

The EAPO shall charge fees for maintenance of Eurasian patents on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in new amounts from July 10, 2023.
