Republic of Azerbaijan: new electronic service of the Intellectual Property Agency was launched

The electronic portal of the Intellectual Property Agency’s Appeal Board for dispute resolution in cases concerning industrial property rights protection will increase the speed of document processing and operational efficiency.

The new electronic service of the Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan was developed with the help of internal resources of the Agency.

The e-portal will improve the management of industrial property protection and increase the level of automation.

The new service will improve operational efficiency and shorten timeframes for appealing to the Appeal Board, as well as increase the speed of processing and paperwork for electronic application filing.
