From January 2023 to December 2023, the Eurasian Patent Office received:

• 8 requests for inclusion of Eurasian patents in the Pharmaceutical Register, of which 5 Eurasian patents were included in the Pharmaceutical Register
• 17 requests for inclusion of national patents in the Pharmaceutical Register, of which 17 national patents were included in the Pharmaceutical Register
• 69 requests for patent term extension of Eurasian patents for inventions, on basis of which 18 new international nonproprietary names (INN) were included in the Pharmaceutical Register.

Currently, the Pharmaceutical Register contains information on:

- 353 patents (including 18 national patents, among them 13 from the Russian Federation, 3 from the Republic of Belarus, and 2 from the Republic of Kazakhstan)

- 229 international nonproprietary names (INN) and their combinations

Patent owners of the national patents: ASTRAZENECA AB (SE), SANOFI (FR), BAYER HEALTHCARE LLC (US), ASI Co., LED (JP), NOVARTIS AG (CH).
