An official discussion was held between Dr. A. Grigoriev, President of the Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO) with Dr h.c. Ingo Kober, President of the European Patent Office (EPO) in Munich on 23 March 2004 in the EPO headquarters.
Professor Dr A. Pompidou and Professor Dr M Desantes, vice-President of the EPO have participated in the discussion.
In the course of the meeting the Sides have discussed the main results of cooperation, in particular, on such streamlines as Espacenet, Patnet, electronic filing of applications, and have agreed to sign a bilateral agreement on technical cooperation between the EAPO and EPO.
