The Brazilian journal Revista Brasileira de Direito (Vol. 22, Special Edition) has published an article by the EAPO President Grigory Ivliev on the legal regulation of standard-essential patents (SEPs) and the associated obligations to license on fair, reasonable, and non-discriminatory terms (Fair, Reasonable, and Non-Discriminatory, FRAND).
