Russian Federation State Duma Approved Ratification of Industrial Designs Protocol

On November 10, 2020 the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation adopted the draft Law “On ratification of the Protocol on the protection of industrial designs to the Eurasian Patent Convention of September 9, 1994”.

The draft Law was presented at the plenary session of the State Duma by Grigory Ivliev, Head of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent).

The draft Law will be submitted to the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in the near future.
