Press-Release on the Visit of the Korean Intellectual Property Office Delegation to the Eurasian Patent Office

November 17, 2016: a visit by the Korean IP Office delegation in the face of Mr. Hyeong Tak, Senior Deputy Director, Examination Quality Assurance Division, accompanied with representatives from “Law Firm Gorodisskiy and Partners” LLC Mr. Yu. Kuznetsov and Mr. V. Kirillov was paid to the Eurasian Patent Office.

EAPO Vice-President Mr. Fayazov, the management and specialists of Patent Information and Automation Department, Examination Department and International Relations Department participated in the meeting as representatives of the receiving side.

The visit pursued the aim to get acquainted with the EAPO activities and Eurasian patent procedure.

In the course of the meeting the EAPO specialists informed the guests on the EAPO activities, the privileges of the Eurasian patent system, and search systems used in EAPO. During the meeting EAPO delegates provided comprehensive answers to all questions of interest of the Korean delegation.
