

Laureate of XII International Olympiad of RSAIP Awarded with EAPO Medal “Advancing the Future”.
The awarding ceremony of the XII International Olympiad on Intellectual Property for high school students took place via videoconference on May 21, 2020. EAPO representatives took part in the event.
The Olympiad is annually arranged by the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property (RSAIP), and EAPO has been a long-term partner of this creative competition, supporting the RSAIP endeavours in promoting intellectual property to young generation.
The Olympiad winners, this year high school students of the Russian Federation and France, were awarded special prizes by the organizers and the partners of the event.
The EAPO Medal “Advancing the Future”, established to encourage young talented people succeeding in the field of intellectual property was awarded to Natalya Dvoryantseva (Russian Federation), who presented her work “Meaning of an Author in the Modern World”.
EAPO Vice-President Emil Mammadov in his speech at the awarding ceremony, stressed the importance of the RSAIP Olympiad as an educational project in the field of intellectual property, noted the high level of the contestants’ works and congratulated the winners of the 2019-2020 Olympiad on their deserved success.
