The Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO) announces the Patent Prosecution Highway Pilot Programme (PPH) between EAPO and the Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Korea (KIPO) is to be launched on January 1, 2019.
The Pilot Programme is based on the Memorandum of Understanding between the Eurasian Patent Office of the Eurasian Patent Organization and the Korean Intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Korea on the Patent Prosecution Highway, signed by EAPO President Saule Tlevlessova and the KIPO Acting Commissioner Kim Tae Nam on September 25, 2018.
The duration of the Programme will be 3 years, renewable upon mutual consent.
