From July 1, 2022, the amount of fees paid with respect to Eurasian applications and patents for inventions will change

The Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO) informs all interested parties that from July 1, 2022, new fees for legally significant and other actions performed in relation to Eurasian applications and patents for inventions come into force.

Thus, e.g. the amount of a single procedural fee for filing a Eurasian application will be 36 thousand rubles. The relevant amendments and addenda to the Statute on fees of the Eurasian Patent Organization for legally significant and other actions performed in relation to applications for the grant of Eurasian patents for inventions and Eurasian patents for inventions were approved by the EAPO Administrative Council at the fortieth (twelfth extraordinary) meeting on April 11-12, 2022.
