From January 1, 2023, the amount of fees paid on Eurasian design applications and patents changes

The Eurasian Patent Office informs that from January 1, 2023, new fees for legally significant and other actions performed in relation to Eurasian design applications and patents come into force. For example, the unitary procedural fee for filing a Eurasian application will amount to 25,000 rubles. Relevant amendments to the Statute on fees of the Eurasian Patent Organization for legally significant and other actions performed in relation to Eurasian design applications and Eurasian design patents were adopted by the EAPO Administrative Council at the forty-first (29th ordinary) session on September 20-21, 2022.
