EAPO President Awarded the V.I. Blinnikov Gold Medal ‘For Promoting Invention and Patent Practice’

On June 25, 2021, the ceremony of awarding the V.I. Blinnikov Gold Medal was held in the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) on the eve of the Day of the Inventor and Innovator.

The general director of the “PHARMENTERPRISES” LLC (Russian Federation) Vladimir Nebolsin was awarded the V.I. Blinnikov Gold Medal for his contribution to the development of inventive activity.

The President of the Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO) Saule Tlevlessova presented the highest award of the Eurasian Patent Organization. The event was attended by the head of Rospatent Grigory Ivliev, Chairman of the Central Council of the All-Russian Society of Inventors and Rationalizers Anton Ishchenko, Russian inventors, innovators, as well as representatives of organizations working in the field of intellectual property.

Saule Tlevlessova congratulated Vladimir Nebolsin with a distinguished award and wished that his developments would continue to contribute to medication supply and biosafety not only in the Russian Federation, but also in the entire Eurasian region.

Vladimir Nebolsin – the author of 29 Eurasian applications in the field of pharmaceuticals, for which 13 Eurasian patents have been granted so far.

He has been managing “PHARMENTERPRISES” LLC since 1994. “PHARMENTERPRISES” LLC conducts scientific research and develops new original drugs for combating infectious diseases in the field of pulmonology and oncology as well as conducts preclinical development, clinical research and introduces innovative drugs to the market.
