Congratulations of professor Alain Pompidou, President of European Patent Office to 10-th anniversary of the founding of the Eurasian Patent Organization

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the founding of the Eurasian Patent Organisation and Office, I am pleased to congratulate you and your staff on the achievements made over the past decade, it is one thing to attain recognition at an international level, however, it requires considerable drive and effort to maintain this. Therefore, I would particularly like to praise your work in consolidating the accomplishments of the first five years to produce a strong, credible and effective regional patent system for the international industrial property community.

Landmark events such as this anniversary present an opportunity to reflect and review the past results, and also to consider the future and to determine the path that will lead the Eurasian Patent Office to develop in accordance with its mission. I am happy to assure you that the European Patent Office will stand by you and offer support and advice to the best of its ability, as it has during the last ten years.
