Amendments made to the Procedures for filing Eurasian applications, containing nucleotide and/or amino acid sequences

In “Documents” section – “Normative and Legal Acts” an updated document of Procedures for filing Eurasian applications, containing nucleotide and/or amino acid sequences is published.

Subparagraph 2.2 of the Annex 2 to the Procedures “Requirements to the Presentation of Machine-Readable Files Containing Nucleotide and/or Amino Acid Sequence Listings” has been replaced by the following redaction :

• “Presentation of sequence listings is in TХТ format”

Current amendments enter into force on July 1, 2013.
