On August 12, 1995 the Eurasian Patent Convention entered into force. The Administrative Council of the Eurasian Patent Organization defined this date as the fundamental date of its establishment. 15 years of its activity and its achievements prove that the Organization has succeeded in its purposes. Principles laid in creation of the Organization have been justified. We express our sincere congratulations with this remarkable event to the personnel of the Eurasian Patent Office, plenipotentiary representatives of the national patent offices of the EAPO member-states in the Administrative Council of the Eurasian Patent Organization, and all those who were standing by all these years.
