From March 31 to April 3, 2009 the Eurasian Patent Office took part in the 12th Moscow International Salon of Industrial Property "Archimedes" which was held at the Cultural-Exhibition Centre "Sokolniki" in Moscow.
Representatives of inventive communities from Russia and 13 countries of the world: Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Great Britain, Iran, Romania, Moldova, Serbia, Croatia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Korea, Malaysia, and Taiwan participated in this international event.
1084 exhibits from Russian and international participants representing all spheres of scientific and technical activity were presented at the Salon "Archimedes".
The EAPO stand featured exhibits highlighting the Office’s activities and achievements. Inventors, patent attorneys, specialists in the field of innovations, representatives of industrial and business circles and other visitors were given exhaustive information about the Eurasian patent procedure, the Eurasian Patent Office, its information products and services.
The International Jury traditionally chaired by EAPO President A.N.Grigoriev and the expert committee of the Salon "Archimedes" awarded participants with 235 gold and 226 silver medals, 210 Rospatent diplomas and special prizes.
