A new information service, "EAPO Hotline", is available for Eurasian patent system users since June 1, 1998. The hotline may be used to request information on general issues, submission of Eurasian patent applications, payment of duties and extending Eurasian patents.

Information on the consideration of specific Eurasian patent applications may be received from experts at phone numbers listed in the evaluation notifications. Experts of the Eurasian Patent Office will provide thorough information on all requests within short time.
