I have a pleasure to welcome you to the web-portal of the Eurasian Patent Organization!

Our web-portal exists for more than 10 years. It is well-known among users of the Eurasian patent system. National patent offices of States Parties to the EAPC have their own sections at the EAPO web-portal. The EAPO information sections are also actively used by visitors.

Within the past years the web-portal has been informing on how EAPO and its Office are accomplishing their main task, i.e. legal protection of inventions in the countries of our region.

Eurasian patent is maturing along with its popularity and interest with EAPO. Therefore the web-portal needs to be updated, its content to be broadened, which hopefully will attract more visitors.

Section illustrating activity of the Eurasian patent office is dedicated to those who give birth to Eurasian applications and describes how they turn into patents.

Researchers, technologists, designers – those who create new technical decisions; employers ordering for new technical decisions; investors concerned with purchase of Eurasian patent rights, everyone will find a lot of useful information here.

Content of the web-portal will be a good assistance to those who work in the field of intellectual property to perform patent researches, to file an application and to protect applicant's interests at all stages of a patent life-cycle.
